How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid at UBT in Wahoo, and First Nebraska Bank in Valley. A late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by the 5th of the month.
What are my utilities?
Your water, sewer, gas and electricity is included in your lease.
Is Renter insurance required?
Yes, we require each leaseholder to have renter’s insurance.
What if I have a maintenance emergency?
In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call 402-690-5003. If non-emergency, please call first thing in the morning. Non-emergency after-hours will be subject to a fee. If you smell gas or are experiencing a power outage, please call your utility company. If there is a fire or suspicions of a fire, call 911 immediately. After-hours emergencies include but are not limited to backed up drains or toilets, no hot water, and no heat or air conditioning.
In the case of a lockout, please call the emergency service and someone will be out. A lockout fee of $100 must be paid and ID must be shown before entry is allowed.
