An additional fee of $35 per month will be added to the rent for each approved pet, up to a maximum of two animals.

 

  • PERMITTED PETS: Tenant is permitted to keep a cat or dog on the premises, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Addendum.

  • PET DEPOSIT: The Tenant shall pay a non-refundable pet deposit of $175.00, which shall be due and payable with the first month's rent and non-refundable.

  • MONTHLY PET RENT: In addition to the monthly rent, the Tenant shall pay an additional $35.00 per month for each pet kept on the Premises. With a maximum of 2 animals.

  • DANGEROUS BREEDS: If the animal is classified as a dangerous breed, as defined by the State of Nebraska and Saunders County, the Tenant shall be required to obtain additional insurance coverage for said pet at their own expense.

  

 PET RESTRICTIONS: Tenant agrees to comply with all pet restrictions imposed by the State of Nebraska and Douglas County, including but not limited to:

    • All animals must be kept on a leash when outside of the Premises.

    • All animals must be properly licensed and vaccinated.

    • No pets shall be allowed to roam freely on the Premises.

    • No pets shall be kept in any area of the Premises where they may disturb other Tenants or neighbor.

    •  Tenants must report any incidents involving their pet to management immediately.
